In Regenerative Medicine Stem Cells differentiate into specific cells releasing “communicators” while acting and growing into a specific tissue. These communicators are polypeptides like Cytokines, Interleukins, Growth Factors and Exosomes that carry orders and instructions. In Aesthetics the Stem Cell will differentiate into Fibroblasts which are the cells responsible for manufacturing collagen. The fibroblasts then release peptides and exosomes (Polypeptides surrounded by a membrane) that are specific for skin, guaranteeing healthy development of collagen manufacturing and the stabilization of the skin network. All these polypeptides including growth factors, anti-inflammatory actives, cytokines and exosomes etc., constitute the Polypeptide Enriched Media (PEM) called Regenerative Skin Serum (RSS).
- The powerful combination of Polypetides and Exosomes contains 300 plus growth factors needed to produce Collagen for repair and stabilizing the skin network.
- Fibroblasts are programmed to make collagen, help repair connective tissue and reduce tissue inflammation. and bring luminosity to the skin
- Topically applied PEM serum is delivered using microneedling after microdermabrasion. Microneedling pushes the Polypeptide serum 0.3mm to 0.5 mm into the skin, allowing it to assimilate and be taken up by targeted tissue.
- Typically, a full face or neck uses 5 ml of serum. Smaller areas use less amounts. Strong treatment results will be seen within one week. A series of 3 monthly treatments is recommended. Treatments have no downtime.
Regenerative Skin Serum is made in the U.S. under GMP guidelines. The serum comes in 5 ml vials containing Fibroblast derived Polypeptides and Exosomes for collagen production and skin recomposition.
